I wake up between 4:10 am and 4:30 am. Even if I have gone to bed at 1 or 2 am. I can't get back to sleep until about 6 and then shortly after I have to get up to go to work.
Does anyone have any idea why I wake up and what I can do to stop?

nyquil....lots and lots...you wont want to wake up. or watch Bob Ross on KBYU....so so calming.
Melatonin tablets and/or some of that Origins sleep gel that Erin was raving about on her blog. I ordered some and it really helps.
