Profile Problems

It seems as though my blog has a mind of its own and doesn't like the profile picture that I have chosen. I will save it, and the next time I log in there is a question mark. That is just not cool. So I am going to try to win by posting this pic and not deleting it. I will show that blog of mine whose boss!

P.S. I am crossing my fingers that this works, otherwise I dont know what else to do. I am out of ideas! If it doesn't work and I end up having to be a question mark forever, please know I really did try and the blog showed me who was boss. Lets hope that doesnt happen!

Gratitiude

I have been feeling a little down lately, I hate feeling like this and so I have come to the conclusion that I should just get over my little pity-party and be grateful for the things I have. So list fo why I am so happy with my life!

1. I have a great family
2. I have rockin' friends
3. I have been blessed with a strong testimony of my savior. I know he lives and loves me.
4. My job is AWESOME!
5. I am happy being me.
6. I am able to wake up everyday being free and living in America!
7. I have GREAT health.
8. I am grateful for changing seasons (I get bored of the same thing all the time)
9. I have lots of fun hobbies.
10. I am ALIVE!!!

Shake your groove thing!

While I was in San Francisco this last July, we decided to go Salsa Dancing. Let me just say that this was a disasterous experience. The club was called Cocomo and I would not recommend it. It was full of OLD and GROSS men. This was my first time salsa dancing, and let me just clairify that I am as white as they come. So all these old, gross men would ask me to dance thinking that they could be the hero that could teach me. Umm wrong!!! It was disasterous and I felt yucky afterwards, so needless to say I did not have fond memories of salsa dancing until this last weekend.

On Saturday night my friend suggested that we go dancing. I immediatly said no, I did not feel the need to be touch inappropriatly or made to feel dumb again. Who could blame me, right? Well finally I conceded and we went so we all got in the car and made our way to Studio 600 in Salt lake. The first guy that danced with me told me that I was horrible. Yeah that was fun. What did he know anyways its not like he was a professional. Anyways after that I only danced with my friends and they were very nice and taught me. Even going so far as to say that I dance "muy linda". It was a pleasant experience with lots of fun, I now have great memories of Salsa dancing.

I have come to the conclusion that it can be a lot of fun, you just have to give it a fair chance! I will be going again possibly next Saturday.

Ok I am officially a slacker at this whole blogging thing. But I have repented of my evil ways, and will now become a dedicated blogger.

I got back from my wonderful vacation in FLORIDA!! Oh YAY!! It was fantastic. It was a much needed vacation. The only bad part was coming home. Not that I dont love my friends and family there but we dont have beaches. In honor of my vacation here are some pics. Who knew Palm Trees were so fun, I love them. Enjoy!
