My not so fairy tale life

Once upon a time in a land far far away (not that long ago, and not that far away) there was a maiden, (this would be me) who had a suitor (my ex-bf). This suitor had embarrassed the maiden on many occasions. For example, he wore his leather motorcycle chaps to her company open house. Everyone was in suits and he felt it appropriate to wear this. That was a very sad day for the maiden. A couple of months later, the maiden though that perhaps the suitor had learned his lesson. She invited him to her company party. This party was in the grand ballroom of a downtown hotel. Not wanting to take any chances the maiden chose the suitors suit and tie. Things were going well. The maiden's boss came up to them and introductions were made. The suitor proceeded to converse with said boss. The boss’s wife joined them and the boss then introduced him as the maiden’s boyfriend. That not being enough for the suitor he decided to add, “my name is Josh, it rhymes with squash”. Right then and there a little piece of the maiden died forever.

No they did not live happily ever after, in fact a few months later, they broke up. Shocking I know.

ba hahahaha it is so funny and true I am sorry, some people never learn how to act in public. I know there are amazing men out there and you will find one. You deserve so much better than what he could provide, oops I mean what you could provide right? lol. I love you and hope one day we will find our fairy tales.
